Jennifer Alexa Paulino is a powerhouse in business strategy, cultural insight, and legacy-driven impact (philanthropy). With over a decade of experience across business management, nonprofit development, marketing, and PR, she brings a rare gift for aligning bold vision with meaningful results.
Her career launched at Univision, where she led campaigns that moved the local market in Philadelphia. She focused on connecting brands and local businesses with the rich Philadelphia audience. She later brought brands like Tequila Don Julio to life through immersive experiences that honored culture, community, and economic power. After a run in the for-profit space, she took her expertise to the nonprofit world to help build a bridge between corporate giving to social impact leading her to leadership roles at premier organizations like ALPFA and We Are All Human.
Today, Jennifer is the founder of The Leverage Index, a boutique firm helping elite athletes, business owners, and creatives transform their platforms into purpose-driven ecosystems. To date, her work has helped raise over $15 million for community impact initiatives and increase revenue for businesses by over 50% year over year. Recently she served on the leadership team of ELYXIUM, supporting the growth of their sports practice and creating strategies to break into the dense market.
Over the years she has advised NFL champions, MLB stars, and NBA leaders—guiding them in building businesses, shaping legacies, and using their influence with intention. Jennifer is known for her strategic clarity, heart-led leadership, and unmatched ability to turn potential into purpose.
